By increasing efficiency, she added, PeopleAdmin customers can often reduce work-related stress. “One of the things I heard is that they don’t have to worry about files or HR processes as much as they did before because the solutions offer a transparent, ongoing and iterative process where it’s easy to spot-check and view workflow breakdowns,” Erika explained.

“The second main theme that came across during those conversations is the benefit of having a centralized system,” Erika said.

“The third value that people discussed was visibility,” Erika said. “This is really related to the second benefit because a lot of that visibility comes from having the information in one place.”

The final benefit comes “as a result of the ease of use and the flexibility that customers get with the system,” Erika said.
