- The importance of hiring candidates through the system
- Using the hire actions within the Begin Hire form to notify and move applicants that were not hired for the position into the Deactivated tab
- Deactivating, archiving, retrieving and purging applications from the system manually and automatically
- Using filters for Principals so that they can quickly search through applications
- Creating and sharing searches and views for System Administrators to quickly find the right candidates
