The Hire Pro (previously called Recruit & Hire) HR Personnel Best Practices webinar will provide tips to help System Administrators use the system efficiently. Directed towards HR Personnel, this 30-minute webinar will include:

  • The importance of hiring candidates through the system
  • Using the hire actions within the Begin Hire form to notify and move applicants that were not hired for the position into the Deactivated tab
  • Deactivating, archiving, retrieving and purging applications from the system manually and automatically
  • Using filters for Principals so that they can quickly search through applications
  • Creating and sharing searches and views for System Administrators to quickly find the right candidates
  • Activating, deactivating and creating new users within User Management
